Entrepreneurs importing goods from Great Britain, Canada, Ukraine, South Korea, Turkey, Norway and other countries with which the European Union has concluded various trade agreements can obtain the right not to pay customs duties if appropriate entries are made on the preferential origin of the goods in the procurement documents or additional certificates.
